ADMINISTRATION

The amount of back-office administration for the disclosures and paperwork needed to effectively complete the process for any real estate transaction has tripled over the years. This requires the staffing of dedicated administrative individuals to follow up and respond to the many requests, calls, and faxes generated by clients, cooperating agents and ancillary service providers. The outstanding staff at Michael Real Estate allows me to dedicate more time to what I do best – prospecting for buyers, networking with other top agents, and marketing your home to get it sold.
